1. Set your scenario
Describe your controller arrangement, venue count, expected volume and staff responsibilities. Use the same fictional guest journey in each demonstration.

2. Ask to see the task
Request the relevant welcome, contact preference, reporting view and support path. Mark each requirement as demonstrated, documented, unanswered or not available.

3. Record the dependency
Note plan restrictions, configuration needs and third-party services. Ask for current written confirmation where a capability affects the purchasing decision.

## Review before acting

Review the scorecard against must-have requirements before considering cosmetic preferences. Keep unanswered items visible.

Watch for: Do not count a roadmap promise as a feature available for your launch.
