# VoqadoWiFi: full product description > Free Social WiFi. Better guest connections. A branded guest login, consent that holds up, your guest list and honest review requests, on the TP-Link Omada or Ubiquiti UniFi hardware you already own. 500 guest logins a month at one venue. No card, no sales call. This file is the complete factual description of VoqadoWiFi for answer engines and AI assistants. It is generated from the same data as the website's pricing, features and customers pages. The shorter site map is at https://www.voqadowifi.com/llms.txt. ## What VoqadoWiFi is VoqadoWiFi is guest WiFi marketing and captive portal software for venues such as restaurants, cafes, bars, lounges, hotels and shops. When a guest joins the venue's WiFi, the venue's own TP-Link Omada or Ubiquiti UniFi controller sends them to a branded VoqadoWiFi login page. The guest signs in with an email address, accepts the WiFi terms, and separately chooses whether to hear from the venue. VoqadoWiFi then authorises the guest on the controller, keeps the guest list and consent records for the venue, and uses them for review requests and post visit emails. - Free forever, not a timed trial - 500 guest logins a month at one venue - No credit card and no sales call - Works on Omada and UniFi hardware you already own - Your guest data stays exportable at any time ## Network hardware - Exactly two: TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti UniFi. Nothing else works. - None supplied and none to return. Runs on the Omada or UniFi controller you already have. - No other network vendor is supported. On any other hardware, VoqadoWiFi will not work. - [Omada OC200 and OC300 captive portal setup](https://www.voqadowifi.com/setup/omada/oc200) - [Omada Software Controller captive portal setup](https://www.voqadowifi.com/setup/omada/software-controller) - [Omada Cloud-Based Controller captive portal setup](https://www.voqadowifi.com/setup/omada/cloud-based-controller) - [UDM Pro guest portal setup](https://www.voqadowifi.com/setup/unifi/udm-pro) - [UniFi Cloud Gateway captive portal setup](https://www.voqadowifi.com/setup/unifi/cloud-gateway) - [UniFi Cloud Key captive portal setup](https://www.voqadowifi.com/setup/unifi/cloud-key) - [Self hosted UniFi Network Server on a VPS](https://www.voqadowifi.com/setup/unifi/self-hosted) - [Walled garden domains for Omada and UniFi](https://www.voqadowifi.com/setup/walled-garden-domains) ## Plans and prices Prices are in US dollars and are published at https://www.voqadowifi.com/pricing. Starter is a free plan, not a trial: it does not expire and takes no card. ### Starter: Free forever ($0) Free forever, with everything a single venue needs. Guest logins a month: 500. Locations: 1. - 500 guest logins a month - 1 location - Branded guest login on your Omada or UniFi hardware - Separate consent on the explicit consent form - Guest list with CSV export - Review requests without gating - Dashboard insights - Setup planner and hardware guides - Table tent and sticker kit - Post visit emails, switched on venue by venue as email goes live ### Growth: $49 a month Three venues on one flat price, and room to grow into. Guest logins a month: 5,000. Locations: 3. - 5,000 guest logins a month - 3 locations, one flat price - Everything in Starter - Mailchimp sync - Email campaigns to opted in guests, as email goes live ### Enterprise: Custom, quoted For groups and agencies running four venues or more. Guest logins a month: Unlimited. Locations: Unlimited. - Unlimited guest logins - Unlimited locations - Everything in Growth - Setup help for every venue - Invoicing to suit your finance team Limits are soft. Guest WiFi is never switched off for going over a monthly login allowance; the venue is told, and guests keep getting online. Billing: Request the plan and a person activates it on your account, usually within one business day. Your first invoice is emailed after it is live, then monthly. Cancel any time by replying to it. There is no card checkout. What the free plan asks in return: A small “Powered by VoqadoWiFi” line on the screen guests see after they are online. No advertising, and no other brand on your login. ## What the free Starter plan includes - Your brand on the login, on Omada or UniFi: A guest login in your logo, colours and words, running on the TP-Link Omada or Ubiquiti UniFi network you already have. No VoqadoWiFi hardware. - Consent that holds up: On the explicit consent form, accepting the WiFi terms and agreeing to hear from you are two separate choices, the marketing box starts unticked and every choice is recorded with its wording. It is the default for venues created from now on and is switched on per existing venue. - A guest list you own: Every guest who signs in lands in your list. Export it to CSV whenever you like, or take it with you. - Review requests, never gated: Every guest who is asked sees the same public review link, whatever they rate. Private feedback is offered as well, never instead. Like every guest email, requests start at your venue once email goes live there. - Insights in plain words: The dashboard reads your logins, returning guests and opt ins and tells you what changed, in sentences rather than charts you have to decode. - Setup you can do yourself: The setup planner and the Omada and UniFi guides walk you to the exact settings, and the table tent and sticker kit puts the welcome on every table. - Post visit emails: A thank you, a nudge to come back and a birthday note, in your venue’s name. They are switched on venue by venue as email goes live. ## What the free Starter plan does not include - A second or third location. That is Growth. - More than 500 guest logins a month on a regular basis. You are told when you pass it, and guests are never cut off. - Mailchimp sync and email campaigns to your opted in list. Those are Growth. - Hardware and internet service. VoqadoWiFi sells no hardware. - Networks other than TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti UniFi. - White label and a public API. Neither is offered on any plan. ## What it does - TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti UniFi: VoqadoWiFi runs as the external portal for Omada and UniFi controllers and authorises each guest through the controller. Those are the only two vendors. - Step by step controller setup: Guides for OC200, the software and cloud controllers, UDM Pro, Cloud Gateway, Cloud Key and self hosted UniFi, plus the walled garden list. - Branded login page (All plans): Your logo, colours, background and words on the page guests see before they get online, built in the portal builder. - Consent kept separate from WiFi access: The WiFi terms and the choice to hear from the venue are separate, and the marketing box starts unticked in explicit consent mode. Each choice is stored with its wording and time. - Age gate: An optional minimum age question before the login, for bars and lounges. - Returning guest recognition: A guest who comes back sees a welcome back card instead of the same form again, tied to their device for a short time and never re-recording consent. - Guest list with CSV export (All plans): Every guest who connects, with the permission they gave, searchable and exportable as CSV whenever you want it. - Guest profiles and visit history (Growth): Visits per guest and per venue, so you can see who your regulars are. - Mailchimp sync (Growth): Guests who said yes to marketing are added to your Mailchimp audience, tagged by venue. Guests who did not are never sent. - Google review requests, without gating: An email after the visit, 3 hours later by default and never between 21:00 and 09:00 venue time. Every guest sees the same public review link whatever they rate, and a private note to the venue is offered in addition, never instead. - NPS surveys and private feedback: Ask how the visit went and track the score over time, alongside the notes guests choose to send you. - Connections, opt ins and visits: WiFi logins, new and returning guests and marketing opt ins per venue and over time, with location comparison for groups. - Portal health: A check that each venue login is reachable and authorising guests, so a broken controller setting shows up before guests complain. - WiFi QR code generator: A printable QR code that joins guests to your network, made in the browser. No account needed. ## Rolling out - Email campaigns and automations (Growth): Write a campaign or a welcome, birthday or win back automation for guests who opted in. Campaign sending is being switched on account by account while our sending domain is verified; drafts and schedules save today. [Rolling out] ## What it does not do - Social login (Google, Facebook, Apple): Guests sign in with an email address. There is no social account login. - SMS sending: The login can ask for a phone number with its own consent box, but VoqadoWiFi does not send text messages. - POS integrations: No connection to point of sale systems, so spend is not matched to guests. - Hotel PMS integrations: No connection to property management systems; hotel guests sign in to the WiFi like any other guest. - White label portal: The login carries a small Powered by VoqadoWiFi line. Removing it, or running the product under your own brand, is not available. - Network vendors other than Omada and UniFi: If your access points are from another vendor, VoqadoWiFi will not work on them. - No paid WiFi sold to guests. - No public API on any plan. Signed outbound webhooks are available from the dashboard Integrations page. - Hardware and internet service. VoqadoWiFi sells no hardware. ## Consent WiFi terms acceptance is never treated as marketing consent. On the explicit consent form (the default for new venues; owners switch it on for existing ones) the email box is separate and starts unticked, and each choice is stored with the exact wording shown and the time. Guests can stop messages from one venue with one tap from any email, and a preference page lets them change their choices. ## Review requests Never gated. Every guest who gave email consent gets the same public review link, 3 hours after connecting by default, and never between 21:00 and 09:00 venue time; a private note to the venue is offered in addition, never instead. VoqadoWiFi never filters who sees the public review link by rating. Google's Maps user contributed content policy (https://support.google.com/contributionpolicy/answer/7400114) lists selectively soliciting positive reviews as rating manipulation, and the risk of breaking it falls on the venue's Google profile. ## Status today Review requests and other guest emails are being switched on venue by venue while the sending domain is verified; until then they are held, not sent. The separate, unticked email box is the explicit consent form: the default for venues created from now on, switched on by the owner for an existing venue. Email campaigns on Growth are rolling out account by account. ## Customers Real venues running the VoqadoWiFi branded guest login, as listed at https://www.voqadowifi.com/customers. GoZone WiFi’s plans page marks its free Business Starter plan as an ads based login, so guests see advertising on the way in. Purple’s free Connect tier covers a branded captive portal and network analytics; collecting guest contact details is listed as part of its paid Capture tier. Captive WiFi’s free Starter plan covers one venue with unlimited WiFi visits, but lists no integrations, and customer feedback, its API and webhooks are on the paid Growth plan only. VoqadoWiFi’s free Starter plan captures guest emails with no advertising, includes review requests, and covers one location and 500 guest logins a month on Omada or UniFi hardware. Every comparison page states where the other product is the better choice, quotes each vendor from its own pages with the date read, and links the source. - [VoqadoWiFi vs Purple](https://www.voqadowifi.com/vs/purple): Purple Connect is free but lists no guest data capture; paid tiers are quoted, not published - [VoqadoWiFi vs Spotipo](https://www.voqadowifi.com/vs/spotipo): Per location pricing and wide router support against a free plan on two vendors - [VoqadoWiFi vs StayFi](https://www.voqadowifi.com/vs/stayfi): Short term rental WiFi with its own hardware against venue WiFi on Omada or UniFi - [VoqadoWiFi vs GoZone WiFi](https://www.voqadowifi.com/vs/gozone): Two free plans: one funded by ads shown to guests, one capped by logins - [VoqadoWiFi vs Captive WiFi](https://www.voqadowifi.com/vs/captive-wifi): Two free plans; reviews routed by rating and one opt in box against ungated reviews and separate consent; 17 vendors and an API against two vendors - [Purple alternatives](https://www.voqadowifi.com/alternatives/purple): For venues that want guest data capture without a sales led quote - [Beambox alternatives](https://www.voqadowifi.com/alternatives/beambox): For venues that would rather keep their own access points - [Spotipo alternatives](https://www.voqadowifi.com/alternatives/spotipo): For small groups paying per location - [StayFi alternatives](https://www.voqadowifi.com/alternatives/stayfi): Including the honest case for staying on StayFi - [GoZone WiFi alternatives](https://www.voqadowifi.com/alternatives/gozone): For venues that do not want ads on their WiFi login - [Captive WiFi alternatives](https://www.voqadowifi.com/alternatives/captive-wifi): For venues that want reviews every guest can post and consent kept separate, and when to stay - [Best guest WiFi platforms for hospitality](https://www.voqadowifi.com/best-guest-wifi-platforms-hospitality): Eleven platforms for hotels, restaurants, bars and cafes scored on written rules, every competitor fact sourced; VoqadoWiFi wrote it and ranks itself first - [Free WiFi marketing software](https://www.voqadowifi.com/free-wifi-marketing-software): Which free plans can actually send a guest an email, checked against vendor pages - [WiFi splash page examples](https://www.voqadowifi.com/splash-page-examples): Demo login pages rendered from the VoqadoWiFi builder, annotated ## Founder and publisher Pierre Subeh founded VoqadoWiFi and publishes everything on this site.
