A guest WiFi login for independent venues on Omada and UniFi
VoqadoWiFi puts a login page in your venue's name on the TP-Link Omada or Ubiquiti UniFi network you already run, and keeps the list of guests who sign in. This page says who is behind it, what it does today and what it does not, without numbers we cannot show you.

Our Mission
Small venues should get the guest list big hotel groups already have
Hotel groups have long run guest WiFi through a login page and kept the list. A café or a gym usually has a password on a card, so every guest who leaves is gone. Plenty of those venues already own Omada or UniFi access points that can run a proper login page.
VoqadoWiFi uses that hardware. Starter is free for one location. Growth is $49 a month for 3 locations, adds Mailchimp sync, and adds email campaigns to opted in guests as email goes live. The dashboard counts logins, returning guests and opt ins per venue and tells you in plain sentences what changed.
That is the whole product. We would rather it did a few things properly.

Who Builds This
A small team you can reach
VoqadoWiFi is a small company. There is no sales floor and no account manager between you and the people who run the platform: messages from the contact form are saved and go straight to the team, and paid plans are switched on by a person, not a checkout.
It is built for independent restaurants, bars, cafes, gyms and small retail groups running one to a handful of sites on TP-Link Omada or Ubiquiti UniFi. That is who the product is designed around, and here is what we commit to those venues in writing.

What it runs on
The services behind every login
Two network vendors, one email tool, one database and one host. These are the services that handle your guests' details.
Omada (TP-Link)
Network Controller
VoqadoWiFi is the external portal for your Omada controller. When a guest finishes the login, we ask the controller to let that device online through the Omada hotspot API. You set the portal up in the controller yourself; we never change the rest of your network settings.
Mailchimp
Email Marketing
On Growth and above, guests who tick the marketing box at login are added to your Mailchimp audience, with their name and a tag for the venue. You run your own automations in Mailchimp.
Supabase
Database
Guest records live in a Supabase Postgres database, encrypted at rest by Supabase. Dashboard reads are scoped to your organisation by row level security; the login itself runs on our server with elevated access so it can write the guest record.
Ubiquiti UniFi
Network Controller
The second network we support. VoqadoWiFi is the external guest portal on your UniFi controller and authorises the device through the UniFi API once the guest finishes the login. No firmware changes.

Who we are and how we work
- Who runs it
- VoqadoWiFi was founded by Pierre Subeh, who also founded the marketing firm X Network. Our postal address is 8087 Poinciana Blvd Unit 519B, Orlando, FL 32821, United States.
- How support works
- Write to us through the contact form. Every message is saved to our database and read by the team, and we aim to reply within one business day. There is no phone line. The chat on our pages is Celina, an automated assistant for questions about the product and the launch offer, not a person.
- Where guest data lives
- Guest records sit in a Supabase Postgres database, which Supabase encrypts at rest with AES-256. Everything travels over HTTPS. The site, the login pages and our server code run on Vercel, with server functions in its Washington, D.C. region. Guest browsing never passes through us: it goes out through your own Omada or UniFi network.
- How we watch the logins
- Every 5 minutes an automated check loads each active venue’s login page and checks that its controller answers. Three failures in a row open an incident for us to look at. We do not publish an uptime figure yet.
- Paying and leaving
- Starter is free and needs no card. Request the plan and a person activates it on your account, usually within one business day. Your first invoice is emailed after it is live, then monthly. Cancel any time by replying to it. You can export your guest list as CSV at any time. Under our terms, data from a closed account is kept for 90 days so you can ask for an export, then deleted.
- What we do not do yet
- Networks other than TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti UniFi. A public API, white label or SMS. A SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certificate. Guest emails (thank yous, campaigns, review requests by email) and NPS surveys switch on venue by venue as email goes live; until then nothing is sent to guests.
