Terms of Service

• "VoqadoWiFi", "we", "us", "our" — VoqadoWiFi Ltd and its affiliates
• "Service" — the VoqadoWiFi platform, including the dashboard, APIs, captive portal system, and all related software
• "Account Holder" / "you" — any business or individual who registers for a VoqadoWiFi account
• "Guest" — an end user who connects to WiFi through a captive portal powered by VoqadoWiFi

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of any organisation you represent.

You agree not to use VoqadoWiFi to:

• Collect guest data without appropriate privacy notices and legal bases
• Send unsolicited marketing communications without valid consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or CASL
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialise the Service without our written permission

As an account holder, you act as the data controller for guest data collected through your portals. You are responsible for:

• Providing guests with a compliant privacy notice before data collection
• Obtaining valid legal bases for processing (e.g., legitimate interests for session management, consent for marketing)
• Responding to data subject requests within required timeframes
• Not transferring guest data to third parties beyond those disclosed to guests

VoqadoWiFi processes guest data on your behalf as a data processor, subject to our Data Processing Agreement (available on request).

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

We are not liable for WiFi connectivity issues caused by third-party hardware (including TP-Link Omada controllers) or your internet service provider.

VoqadoWiFi retains all intellectual property rights in the Service. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoqadoWiFi's total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoqadoWiFi and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or if we reasonably believe continued access poses legal or security risks.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
