Separate marketing consent
Every login shows a required WiFi terms box and a separate, unticked, optional marketing box, and stores each choice with its wording and time. Accepting the terms is never treated as marketing consent. The Auto Marketing Opt-In toggle still exists in the portal builder and is off for every venue.

Google review requests, without gating
An email after the visit, 3 hours later by default and never between 21:00 and 09:00 venue time, starting at your venue once guest email is live there. Every guest sees the same public review link whatever they rate, and a private note to the venue is offered in addition, never instead.

Ask how the visit went and track the score over time, alongside the notes guests choose to send you. The survey reaches guests by email, so it starts at your venue once guest email is live there.

What does VoqadoWiFi do?
It puts a branded guest WiFi login on TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti UniFi networks, captures guest contacts with a separate, optional marketing choice, and keeps them in a guest list you can export as CSV.
Which WiFi systems does VoqadoWiFi support?
TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti UniFi, managed from their controllers. Other systems are not supported yet, and the hardware checker tells you before you sign up.
Which features are free?
Starter is free forever for one location and 500 guest logins a month: the branded login, guest email capture, the dashboard and CSV export. Growth adds three locations, 5,000 logins, email campaigns and Mailchimp sync for $49 a month.
Does VoqadoWiFi send review requests and campaigns?
Google review requests and email campaigns switch on as guest email goes live at each venue. Until then those emails are held, not sent, and the list above marks each feature as live, switching on or not yet.
