Guest WiFi hardware: set it up, then keep it working
VoqadoWiFi is software. Your access points and controller stay yours, and the controller sends guests to the VoqadoWiFi login as an external captive portal. These guides cover the two platforms that do that today, controller by controller, and what to check when a guest cannot get online.
Set up by brand and controller
Pick the brand, then the controller. The portal setting, the address the controller calls and what breaks all differ by controller, so each one has its own page.
TP-Link Omada

Other brands: guides, not support
VoqadoWiFi does not work with these brands today. Where a guide exists it explains the vendor's own guest portal options from the vendor's documentation, so you can run guest WiFi on what you already own.

When a guest cannot get online

- Captive portal not showing on iPhone
- Portal loads but the WiFi never unlocks
- Guests see a certificate warning on the WiFi login
- Android says connected, no internet
- Captive portal keeps coming back after login
- Omada portal authorization error codes
- UniFi authorize guest returns 403
- Guests have to log in to the WiFi every day
All symptoms with their causes are on the troubleshooting index.
