Hear from guests while the visit is fresh.
Most happy guests never think to leave a review, and most unhappy ones never tell you why. A short, well timed request after the visit changes both.
Starter is free forever for one location. No credit card.

Reviews are the new word of mouth.
Before people visit somewhere new, they look it up. Your Google Business Profile, your star rating and the last few reviews often decide whether a stranger walks in. Recent reviews matter most, because they describe the venue as it is today.
The trouble is that satisfied guests rarely volunteer a review. They had a nice time and moved on. The missing piece is usually the ask: a polite request, at the right moment, with a link that takes them straight to the review form.
Feedback is more than stars
Public reviews are only half the picture. The other half is what guests would tell you if it were easy: the music was too loud, the WiFi dropped in the back room, the new dessert was wonderful. Private feedback gives you a chance to fix things and thank people directly.
A simple score over time helps too. Net Promoter Score asks how likely a guest is to recommend you. Watching it move month to month tells you whether changes are landing.
Ask at the right moment, listen in one place.
Review requests after the visit
An automated email goes out a few hours after the guest connects, on a delay you choose, and links straight to your Google review page. At most one request per guest per location each month.
Private feedback
Guests can tell you what to improve in a short form. Their comments arrive in your dashboard so you can follow up personally.
NPS over time
Ask the recommend question and follow the score as it moves, so you can see whether the guest experience is getting better.

Reviews and feedback, explained.
How does VoqadoWiFi ask guests for a review?
A set number of hours after a guest connects, on a delay you choose, an automated email asks how the visit went and links straight to your Google review page. Each guest gets at most one request per location a month, and guests who declined marketing are never sent one.
Can guests send feedback privately?
Yes. Guests can write to you directly through the feedback form, and their comments arrive in your VoqadoWiFi dashboard so you can read them and follow up.
What is NPS and why does it help?
Net Promoter Score asks one question: how likely are you to recommend us, from 0 to 10. Scores of 9 or 10 are promoters, 0 to 6 are detractors, and NPS is the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors. Tracked over time, it shows whether the guest experience is improving.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
For review links that open your Google review page, yes. Link your profile and VoqadoWiFi can also show your Google reviews in the dashboard. Private feedback and NPS work without it.
