Universal Platform
One platform. Six industries. Zero complexity.
VoqadoWiFi adapts its automation templates, campaign triggers, and segmentation logic to match the specific customer behaviour and retention challenges of each vertical.
Captive portal WiFi login
Replace WiFi passwords with a branded portal. Every guest logs in and enters your marketing funnel automatically, no app download, no hardware swap.
Automatic list building
Every WiFi login adds a verified, opted-in contact to your Mailchimp audience. Tagged with visit data, venue, and behaviour from day one.
Industry-specific automations
Pre-built campaign flows for each vertical: loyalty punch cards for cafés, churn re-engagement for gyms, post-stay sequences for hotels. Set once, runs forever.
Real-time analytics
See visit frequency, peak hours, campaign conversion rates, and WiFi opt-in rates across all your locations in one dashboard.
Campaign performance
See which campaigns get opened and clicked, and which guests came back afterwards. What it cannot see is the till: revenue attribution would need your POS data joined in on your side.
Multi-location support
Manage several venues from one dashboard, segment by location, and compare sites. Growth covers three locations; beyond that is Enterprise.
How VoqadoWiFi compares
Why venues switch to VoqadoWiFi
Built specifically for independent and multi-location hospitality operators , not enterprise chains with 6-month implementation timelines.
FAQ
Which industries work best with social WiFi marketing?
Answers to the most common questions about captive portal WiFi marketing across hospitality, retail, and services verticals.
Which industry sees the highest WiFi opt-in rate?
We do not publish opt-in benchmarks, because we have no dataset large enough to make one honest, and the figures vendors quote in this category are rarely traceable to anything. What can be reasoned about is the driver: opt-in tracks how badly the guest wants connectivity and how little the form asks of them. A gym member on a long session or a hotel guest for a night wants it more than someone collecting a coffee. Run the free Starter plan for a month and you will have a real number for your own venue, which is worth more than anyone's average.
Does VoqadoWiFi work for multi-location businesses?
Yes, with the plan setting the ceiling. Starter is a single location. Growth is $49 a month and covers three locations with 3,000 logins a month between them. Enterprise is unlimited locations and custom priced. Each location gets its own branded portal and guest list, with a comparison view across sites. A chain of twenty is an Enterprise conversation, not a Growth one.
Can VoqadoWiFi replace my existing loyalty app?
For many independent venues it can, and the reason is structural rather than a feature comparison: a loyalty app has to be downloaded, installed and remembered, while WiFi loyalty applies to anyone who connects. That removes the participation problem most loyalty apps die of. The honest trade-off is that visits are counted from WiFi connections, not purchases, so a customer who never joins the network accrues nothing and a browser who connects but buys nothing still does.
How does social WiFi marketing compare to social media advertising for venues?
They are different things and the comparison is mostly about ownership. Paid social rents attention from an algorithm at a price that rises, aimed at people who may never have visited you. A WiFi list is an owned channel of people who were physically in your venue and consented. That is a structural advantage, not a guarantee of better returns in any given month, a badly written email to an owned list still fails. We are not going to put a head-to-head number on it, because we do not have one worth quoting.
What's the minimum setup I need to get started?
A TP-Link Omada or Ubiquiti UniFi controller. Those two platforms are the whole compatibility list, so if you are running a consumer router or a Meraki stack, supported access points are the prerequisite before anything else. If you already have either, connecting is a configuration change rather than an installation. Our hardware guides cover both platforms step by step.
Do I need technical expertise to run VoqadoWiFi campaigns?
Not for the campaigns. Pre-built flows cover re-engagement, birthdays, loyalty, onboarding and post-visit review requests, and your part is configuring the offer and the timing. The technical step, if there is one, sits earlier: connecting your Omada or UniFi controller. If your network is managed by someone else, that is the person to involve, and it is a one-off.
