Add your network name

Your code appears here as you type.

Free, no email needed. The PNG is high resolution for print; the SVG scales to any size.

Printable table tent

Put it on every table, ready to fold.

A two sided tent with your venue name, the QR code and short instructions guests can follow. It prints on A4 or US Letter and folds along the dashed line.

Unlock the printable table tent

Enter your email to print the tent right here. You also get the Guest WiFi Growth Kit, with signage copy guests can follow.

How it works

Four steps to fewer password questions.

  1. Match your router exactly

Type the network name and password exactly as they are set on your router. Capitals and spaces count.

  2. Test it yourself

Point your own phone camera at the preview. If it offers to join the network, the code is right.

  3. Download or print

Save a PNG or SVG for your menus and signs, or unlock the folding table tent and print it.

  4. Place it where guests sit

Tables, the counter, room key cards. Anywhere a guest reaches for their phone.

The next step

A QR code shares a password. A captive portal welcomes a guest.

A WiFi QR code is a great fix for a password on a chalkboard. But it still hands every guest the same key, and it tells you nothing about who came in. A branded guest login does both jobs better.

FAQ

WiFi QR codes, explained.

Is my WiFi password sent anywhere?

No. The QR code is drawn in your browser from what you type. Your network name and password are not sent to our servers, not stored and not logged, and the download is created on your device.

Which phones can scan a WiFi QR code?

iPhones running iOS 11 or later can join from the built in Camera app, and most Android phones running Android 10 or later can join from the camera or the QR scanner in WiFi settings. Older phones may need a QR scanner app.

What happens if I change my WiFi password?

A WiFi QR code contains the password itself, so the old code stops working. Generate a new one and replace the printed copies.

Does it work with WPA3 networks?

Choose WPA, WPA2 or WPA3 for any modern password protected network. Phones use the same code for all three. A network set to WPA3 only will not accept older phones that do not support WPA3, whatever the QR code says.

Can I see who scanned the code?

No. A WiFi QR code joins the network directly, with no link in between to count scans. To know who connected and to welcome them back, use a captive portal: guests join through a branded login instead of a shared password.
