Confirm controller access, your guest network name and who can approve a network change. Keep staff and point-of-sale networks separate.
Build inside the app
Create your account, add a location and customize the guest login page. Enter controller credentials only in the authenticated app.
Pilot, then roll out
Use a test guest SSID first. Save the existing settings and test sign-in, internet access and reconnects on venue-owned devices before a planned rollout.
