Assess AI readiness for guest WiFi
A planning worksheet for deciding which venue tasks are suitable for AI assistance.
Start with the decision.
Start with the task and its evidence, not the label “agentic.” This guide describes a proposed operating approach; it does not claim that VoqadoWiFi currently exposes a production MCP endpoint or an autonomous network-control feature.
Three moves to make.
Choose a bounded task
Select work such as summarizing an approved report or drafting a campaign brief. State the expected output and the person who will review it.
Minimize the input
Use public product facts, fictional examples or approved aggregate information where possible. Avoid sending guest lists or credentials when the task does not require them.
Set a review boundary
Separate drafting and analysis from sending campaigns or changing networks. Specify which actions require a human decision and how an incorrect suggestion will be caught.
What it could look like.
A useful first task is to turn a redacted weekly operations summary into a list of unresolved issues. The agent can draft the list while the venue owner checks it against the original report before acting.

Run the task on a fictional example and compare the output with a human-written answer. Proceed only if the result is useful and its limits are understood.
Do not give an agent broad network access simply because it produced a convincing summary.
