The free plan, in full

What you actually get on the Starter plan

No asterisks and no feature that quietly switches off in three weeks. This is the whole free plan, exactly as it is published on our pricing page.

25 guest logins every month

The counter resets each month and it never expires. If a quiet month uses three logins, that is fine. There are no overage charges on any VoqadoWiFi plan.

1 location

One venue, one network, one portal. Enough to prove the idea on a real room full of real guests before you decide whether it deserves a budget line.

A branded captive portal

Your logo, your colours, your wording. Custom branding is on the free plan, and the portal is built for the phone a guest is holding when they connect.

Email capture with GDPR consent

A name, an email address, and a consent checkbox that starts unticked. Network access and marketing permission stay separate, and every consent is timestamped.

CSV export of your guest list

Your list is yours. Export the whole thing whenever you like, take it to any email tool, or walk away with it entirely. Nothing is held hostage.

Basic analytics and email support

A basic analytics dashboard so you can see the list growing, and email support from the same people who build the product.

Every limit on this page matches our published pricing. If the two ever disagree, the pricing page is the one to trust.

Setup

Three steps, on hardware you already own

The free plan is not a stripped back demo running on our equipment. It is the real portal, sitting in front of the access points already screwed to your ceiling.

1

Use the access points you already have

VoqadoWiFi runs as an external captive portal that your TP-Link Omada or Ubiquiti UniFi controller points at. There is no VoqadoWiFi hardware to buy and nothing to rip out. If you are not sure what is in the ceiling, the compatibility checker will tell you in under a minute.

2

Brand the portal and set the consent wording

Drop in your logo, pick your colours, and write the line guests read before they tick the consent box. This is the part most venues expect to take a week. It takes an afternoon, and you can change it as often as you like.

3

Guests connect, and the list starts filling

Every guest who joins the network sees your portal and chooses whether to hear from you. Up to 25 of those logins a month land on the free plan, and you can export the lot to CSV at any point.

The honest part

What the free plan does not include

A free plan that pretends to be the paid plan is just a trial with better manners. Here is everything Starter leaves out, so you can decide before you spend an afternoon on setup.

Not on Starter

These live on Growth at $49 a month.

  • AI Guest Host with memory and greeting
  • Post visit email on an automatic two hour delay
  • Google Review automation
  • Birthday campaigns and re-engagement flows
  • Native TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti UniFi integration
  • Mailchimp sync
  • Real time dashboard, guest profiles and history, location comparison
  • Priority support

Enterprise only: White label portal with no Voqado branding. API access and custom integrations.

When you outgrow it

Growth, $49 a month

One flat price covering 3 locations and 3,000 logins a month. It adds the automation layer: AI Guest Host, Google Review automation, birthday and re-engagement campaigns, Mailchimp sync, and native TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti UniFi integration.

  • 3,000 logins a month
  • 3 locations included in the one price
  • Real time dashboard and guest profiles
  • No overage charges, on any plan

You move when the numbers make the case. Nothing on Starter expires to push you there.

Free plan against a 14 day trial

Why a free plan beats a countdown

Most guest WiFi platforms hand you two weeks and a card form. A venue with slow Tuesdays and heaving Saturdays cannot learn much in that window.

To be fair to the trial: a 14 day trial usually unlocks every paid feature, and our free plan does not. If you want to judge the automation layer, take Growth rather than Starter. What the free plan buys you is time, and a guest list you keep either way.

Questions

Free social WiFi, answered

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever: 1 location and 25 guest logins per month, with no credit card required and no expiry date. You upgrade only when you need more than that.

Social WiFi is guest WiFi with a captive portal in front of it, so a guest identifies themselves before they get online. Free social WiFi means running that portal without a subscription. On VoqadoWiFi the free Starter plan gives you a branded portal, email capture with GDPR consent, a basic analytics dashboard, and CSV export, on 1 location and 25 logins a month.

The counter is a plan limit, not a bill. VoqadoWiFi does not charge overage fees on any plan. When 25 logins a month stops being enough, Growth is $49 a month for 3 locations and 3,000 logins, and you choose when to move.

Usually not. VoqadoWiFi works with TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti UniFi controllers, and becomes the external captive portal your controller points at. There is no VoqadoWiFi hardware. If your venue runs Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus, or another vendor, VoqadoWiFi cannot connect to it today and another platform will fit you better.

The automation layer. AI Guest Host, post visit emails, Google Review automation, birthday campaigns, re-engagement flows, Mailchimp sync, native Omada and UniFi integration, the real time dashboard, guest profiles and history, location comparison, and priority support all sit on Growth at $49 a month. White label portal and API access are Enterprise features.

A fortnight is not long enough to judge a venue business that has slow Tuesdays and busy Saturdays. A free plan lets you run the portal through a full trading cycle, keep the guest list you build, and upgrade because the numbers made the case rather than because a countdown ran out.

Yes. CSV export is included on the free plan. Guest data is stored on EU based infrastructure and you can export or delete records at any time.

No. There is no sales call attached to the free plan. You get an email with a link to set your password, and the setup guides for Omada and UniFi. If you want a person, the contact page is there.

Your guests are already connecting

The only question is whether that moment leaves you with anything. Starter is free forever on 1 location and 25 logins a month. Set it up this afternoon and judge it on your own trading week.

Works with TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti UniFi controllers.
