Two platforms that want the same thing from your WiFi
Both treat the guest login as a way to earn reviews and rebook visits. They differ on price, on how many hardware vendors they support, and on how much of the product exists outside review generation.

Every figure above was read from the vendor’s own pricing page on September 24, 2026. Prices change without notice, so follow the links and check before you decide.
Cells reading “check their terms” were not published clearly enough to state here, and asserting a competitor’s limitation without a source is how these pages lose their usefulness. MyPlace pricing.
The per location detail that decides most quotes
MyPlace bills per location. So does most of this category. At three sites on their Essentials tier that is three times $49 a month by their own published rate, and the arithmetic keeps going in the same direction.
VoqadoWiFi bills per account: one location free, three on the $49 Growth plan, then a custom quote. For a two or three site operator that is a structural difference rather than a discount. For a fifteen site operator it stops being an advantage, because you are into a conversation either way and MyPlace has more experience having it.
Something worth knowing before you buy either
VoqadoWiFi ships with review routing on by default: guests rating four or five go to Google, three or below go to a private feedback form. That pattern is called review gating and Google’s policies prohibit it. It is written here rather than left out because the setting is yours to make and the consequence, if it is ever enforced, lands on your listing and not on the vendor’s.
Ask any platform you are evaluating, including MyPlace, whether it does the same thing and whether you can switch it off. It is a fair question and the answer tells you a lot.
If you would rather not run it that way, send every guest to Google regardless of rating. Fewer five star reviews, no policy exposure, and the feedback you get back is more useful anyway.
What MyPlace does better
- Hardware breadth. A longer published integration list. If your access points are not Omada or UniFi, the comparison ends here.
- Focus. Review generation is the product rather than one automation among several, and that shows in how much of the interface is devoted to it.
- Multi location maturity. Per location billing is annoying, but it comes with tooling built for operators who genuinely have many sites.
What VoqadoWiFi does better
- The first location costs nothing, permanently. Not a trial. No card.
- Two or three sites stay on one bill. Growth covers three locations for $49 a month rather than per site.
- Your list leaves when you do. CSV export on every plan including the free one, stated up front rather than found in the terms.
- Setup without a conversation. A guided page produces your controller settings and you are live in about ten minutes.
How to decide
Count your locations and read an access point label. One or two sites on Omada or UniFi: start free here and you can always leave with the CSV. Anything else, or reviews as a standalone project across many sites: MyPlace deserves the call.
