VoqadoWiFi supports TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti UniFi, and only those two. Check your access points before anything else. If your estate runs Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus, or another vendor, stop here, because there is no workaround for this step.

Export your guest contacts as CSV from your Social WiFi account while it is still active, together with each guest’s consent record: the wording shown and the date. Keep that file yourself. VoqadoWiFi has no guest import screen; guests join your new list when they sign in on your new login page. Portal designs and campaign templates do not transfer between platforms, so treat those as rebuild work.

Sign up free and rebuild your splash page in the drag and drop portal builder. Add your logo, your consent language, and the fields you want to capture. This is the longest step and it is still measured in minutes, not meetings.

In your Omada or UniFi controller, update the guest portal settings to point at VoqadoWiFi following the setup guide for your vendor. Your SSIDs, VLANs, and network layout stay exactly as they are.

Connect a phone to the guest network, run through the portal as a guest, and confirm the record lands in your dashboard. Then cancel Social WiFi on your own schedule. There is no cutover window where guests lose WiFi.

They will see a new splash page the next time they connect, built in your branding in the portal builder. The network name and the WiFi itself do not change, because you keep the same access points and SSIDs. Returning guests simply log in through the new portal.

No, provided your venues already run TP-Link Omada or Ubiquiti UniFi access points. VoqadoWiFi connects to your existing controller. If your network runs a different vendor, VoqadoWiFi cannot connect to it today, and staying on a wider coverage platform is the honest recommendation.

For a single location with Omada or UniFi already in place, the five steps above add up to roughly an hour of hands on work. Multi location accounts repeat the controller step per site. Nothing in the process requires scheduled downtime for your guests.
