Export your guest contacts as CSV from your Social WiFi account while it is still active. Contacts and email addresses come across cleanly. Portal designs and campaign templates do not transfer between platforms, so treat those as rebuild work.

Sign up free, import the CSV, and rebuild your splash page in the drag and drop portal builder. Add your logo, your consent language, and the fields you want to capture. This is the longest step and it is still measured in minutes, not meetings.

In your Omada or UniFi controller, update the guest portal settings to point at VoqadoWiFi following the setup guide for your vendor. Your SSIDs, VLANs, and network layout stay exactly as they are.

Connect a phone to the guest network, run through the portal as a guest, and confirm the record lands in your dashboard. Then cancel Social WiFi on your own schedule. There is no cutover window where guests lose WiFi.

They will see a new splash page the next time they connect, built in your branding in the portal builder. The network name and the WiFi itself do not change, because you keep the same access points and SSIDs. Returning guests simply log in through the new portal.
