VoqadoWiFi vs SocialWiFi:
Two Different Pricing Models
SocialWiFi prices per location and supports a wide range of network hardware. VoqadoWiFi prices per account, publishes every tier, starts free, and works with TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti UniFi. Which is right depends on your venue count and your access points.
The three things that actually differ
Per account, not per venue
VoqadoWiFi Growth is $49/mo and covers 3 locations under one subscription. SocialWiFi prices per location, so its cost tracks your venue count. Model both against your own footprint before you decide.
AI Guest Host and review automation
Growth includes an AI Guest Host that greets and remembers returning guests, plus automated Google Review prompts after a visit. Neither is part of the SocialWiFi product.
You can see the price before you talk to anyone
Every VoqadoWiFi tier is published: Starter free, Growth $49/mo, Enterprise custom. You can start on the free plan today without a sales call or a card.
Side-by-Side Comparison
Compared on capability, not on numbers we cannot verify.
The VoqadoWiFi column reflects our published plans. The SocialWiFi column reflects publicly available information at the time of writing and may change without notice, verify current capabilities and pricing with the vendor before you decide.
The Difference Is Structural, Not a Discount
We will not publish a savings figure built on a competitor price we cannot verify. What we can tell you is how the two models are shaped, so you can run the numbers against your own venue count.
VoqadoWiFi: per account
One subscription covers the account. Starter is free for 1 location and 25 logins a month. Growth is $49/mo and includes 3 locations and 3,000 logins. Past 3 locations you move to an Enterprise quote. Your bill steps rather than climbing with every venue you open.
SocialWiFi: per location
Cost is attached to each venue you connect, so it scales in a straight line with your footprint. That is predictable and can be the cheaper shape at one or two sites. It gets progressively more expensive as you add venues.
Enter your venue count, your monthly guest volume, and whatever quote you have in hand. The calculator works out what VoqadoWiFi would cost you and what it would need to return to be worth it.
Model it with the ROI calculatorWhat the move actually involves
Guest contacts come across as CSV. Portal designs and campaign templates do not, so budget time to rebuild those in the portal builder. Confirm first that your access points are Omada or UniFi, because that is the one step with no workaround.
When To Pick Us, And When Not To
- Your venues run TP-Link Omada or Ubiquiti UniFi access points
- You operate between 1 and 3 locations, where Growth covers the whole account for $49/mo
- You want to test a captive portal for free before committing budget
- Guest email capture, review automation, and campaigns matter more to you than deep network tooling
- You would rather configure it yourself this afternoon than book a discovery call
- Your estate runs Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus, Cambium, or plain RADIUS. We support two vendors and only two.
- You need API access or a white-label portal on a self-serve plan. Both sit on Enterprise here.
- You are rolling out across dozens of sites and want a published per-venue rate rather than a quote.
- You need a long track record and a large public review corpus. We are early, and we would rather say so than invent one.
