What could review requests add to your Google reviews?
Start from your new WiFi guests a month and your review count today. Set two assumptions of your own: how many guests tick the email box, and how many requests become a review. Every guest gets the same public link, so nothing here depends on filtering anyone out.
Your numbers
Guests logging in for the first time. The guest list growth calculator can estimate this from your visitors.
The box is optional and starts unticked, so this depends on your venue and your wording. The 30% default is an assumption, not a measurement.
The 5% default is an assumption for you to change, not a VoqadoWiFi result. Set it lower to be cautious.
The count on your Google Business Profile. The default is only a placeholder.
Projected Google reviews
About 78 reviews after 3 months, 96 after 6 months and 132 after 12 months.
- Review requests a month 120
- New reviews a month 6
The maths, with your numbers
requests a month = 400 x 30% = 120
reviews a month = 120 x 5% = 6
reviews after m months = 60 + reviews a month x m, rounded down
Assumptions, labelled. The consent rate and the review conversion are yours to set; neither is a VoqadoWiFi measurement or a promise. The model follows how the product sends review requests: only to guests who ticked the email box, by default at most one per guest every 90 days, and the same public review link for every guest whatever they rate. A private note to the venue is offered in addition, never instead.

How the projection works
Review requests a month are your new WiFi guests times the share who tick the email box. New reviews a month are those requests times your review conversion. The projection adds that to the reviews you have today, month by month, and rounds down because a review is a whole thing.
