VoqadoWiFi and Spotipo: per location pricing on any router, or a flat price on two
Spotipo is a router agnostic captive portal with published per location prices and a no card trial. VoqadoWiFi supports two network vendors, has a free plan, and charges one price for three venues. The right choice depends on your routers first and your venue count second.
VoqadoWiFi and Spotipo, row by row
| VoqadoWiFi | Spotipo | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | Free Starter plan, then Growth at $49 a month for 3 locations and 5,000 guest logins. One flat price, not per location. | Per location: Starter $59 a month or $49 billed annually ($590 a year); Pro $79 or $66 billed annually; Enterprise custom. |
| Free tier, in their own terms | Starter is free forever, not a trial: 1 location, 500 guest logins a month, branded login, guest email capture and CSV export. No card, no ads shown to guests. | No free plan. A 14 day full access trial, no credit card required. |
| Hardware | None supplied and none to return. Runs on the Omada or UniFi controller you already have. | None needed: "Works with your existing router. No hardware changes." |
| Network vendors supported | Exactly two: TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti UniFi. Nothing else works. | Nine router brands named on the pricing page, "+20 more". |
| Consent handling | WiFi terms acceptance is never treated as marketing consent. On the explicit consent form (the default for new venues; owners switch it on for existing ones) the email box is separate and starts unticked, and each choice is stored with the exact wording shown and the time. | "GDPR-compliant consent built in" is listed on Starter. |
| Review requests | Never gated. Every guest who gave email consent gets the same public review link, 3 hours after connecting by default, and never between 21:00 and 09:00 venue time; a private note to the venue is offered in addition, never instead. | No review request feature is described on the pricing page. |
| Choose it when | You run Omada or UniFi, want a published price, and want guest emails and review requests without a sales call. | Your routers are not Omada or UniFi, you want to sell WiFi access through Stripe, or you need sub accounts and white label admin branding. |

Where Spotipo is the better choice
- Router support. Spotipo names nine router brands and "+20 more". VoqadoWiFi supports two.
- Paid WiFi. Pro lets you sell timed WiFi access to guests through Stripe. VoqadoWiFi does not sell access.
- Login types. Starter includes contact info, voucher WiFi and per user accounts.
- Integrations. Starter lists CRM sync with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo and Zapier. VoqadoWiFi syncs to Mailchimp on Growth and nothing else.
- Agencies and franchises. Sub accounts with custom permissions on Pro, and white label admin branding at additional cost. VoqadoWiFi has no white label.
Where VoqadoWiFi is the better fit
- A free plan that does not expire. One venue, 500 guest logins a month, email capture and CSV export, no card. Spotipo is a 14 day trial.
- Two or three venues. Growth covers three locations for $49 a month. Spotipo Starter for three locations is three per location charges.
- Review requests. Built in, never gated, with a private note offered to every guest alongside the public link.
What three venues cost on each
Worked example with assumed numbers, not measured VoqadoWiFi results: a group with three venues, each on Omada or UniFi, billed monthly.
Spotipo Starter at $59 per location is $177 a month, or $147 a month on annual billing ($1,770 a year). VoqadoWiFi Growth is $49 a month for all three. Spotipo Starter lists up to 2,000 unique guests per month; VoqadoWiFi Growth includes 5,000 guest logins a month. Those numbers are not the same unit: Spotipo counts each guest once in a rolling 30 day window, while VoqadoWiFi states its allowance as guest logins per calendar month, so compare them with care rather than side by side.
If the three venues run different router brands, or anything other than Omada and UniFi, the price comparison does not matter: Spotipo works and VoqadoWiFi does not.
Technical depth against follow up
Spotipo is built for operators who want control over the access layer: voucher WiFi, per user accounts, paid access, sub accounts. It reads like a tool for an MSP or a technical owner, and its integration pages show it.
VoqadoWiFi is narrower and leans the other way: the login, the consent record, the guest list, and what happens after the visit. Review requests go out 3 hours after connection by default, and never between 21:00 and 09:00 venue time, to guests who opted in, and every rating sees the same public link. Spotipo’s pricing page does not describe review requests at all.
