Check social WiFi plan capacity
Compare your intended usage with the actual units and limits in a provider’s plan.

Start with the decision.
A plan limit is only useful when its unit is clear. Logins, contacts, locations and campaign sends describe different kinds of capacity. Read the current plan documentation and ask how the provider counts repeated activity and handles a reached limit.
Three moves to make.
List the units
Record the capacity categories relevant to your venue. Use the provider’s exact definitions instead of translating every limit into “customers.”
Build a range
Estimate a low and high usage case using your own observations. Separate assumptions about visits, login participation and repeated sessions.
Ask about the boundary
Confirm what happens at the limit, whether an upgrade is required and whether any extra charges apply. Save the current written answer with your evaluation.
What it could look like.
A one-location pilot and a multi-site rollout need different planning. Even if the pilot fits a free plan, the wider rollout may require a different capacity or feature set. Link the estimate to the current pricing page before making a commitment.
Make the idea concrete.
Use these five prompts with your team. The downloadable text worksheet includes the prompts, practical steps and review check. Save it, edit it or print it.
- Capacity unitRecord your decision and the evidence behind it.
- Current plan allowanceRecord your decision and the evidence behind it.
- Expected usage rangeRecord your decision and the evidence behind it.
- Behavior at limitRecord your decision and the evidence behind it.
- Source and checked dateRecord your decision and the evidence behind it.
The final check.
Revisit the estimate after the pilot using observed counts and the same definitions. Update assumptions before adding locations.
Do not describe a limited free plan as unlimited service or treat a free trial as free forever.
Where should I confirm VoqadoWiFi allowances?
Use the current pricing page and confirm any uncertain requirement before rollout. Capacity planning does not replace the published plan terms.
